Who sells you the service

You can buy DOPPLOS in two ways, and the rules differ, so check which one applies to you:

Price

All prices are shown including VAT at the rate of your country of residence, before you confirm. The price you see at the moment of confirming is the price you pay. There are no pre-ticked boxes adding anything to your order.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis, as shown at purchase.
• They renew automatically at the end of each period, for the same duration, at the price then in force, until you cancel.
• We will tell you the renewal date and the amount before each renewal.
• Any price change is notified at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription, without giving a reason and without penalty. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Your right of withdrawal: 14 days

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from it, without giving any reason (Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU).

To withdraw, tell us before the period expires: write to legal@dopplos.com, or use the model withdrawal form set out in Annex I(B) of that Directive. Any clear statement is enough.

We refund within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used.

The waiver, and what it costs you

DOPPLOS is digital content supplied immediately. Before you confirm your purchase we ask you to:

1. expressly consent to the service starting right away, before the 14 days are over; and
2. acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal.

Both are separate, unticked checkboxes. If you do not tick them, the service begins after the 14 days. If you do tick them, you keep the service from that moment and the withdrawal right is spent: that is the exception in Article 16(m) of the same Directive.

We do this because it is the only lawful way to start immediately, and we say it plainly rather than burying it: the choice, and the trade-off, are yours.

If the service does not work as described

You are entitled to have the service brought into conformity, and if we cannot, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract, under Directive (EU) 2019/770. This is a legal guarantee and is free of charge for you.

Payment methods

Card payments and digital wallets are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Complaints

Write to legal@dopplos.com. We answer every complaint. If we cannot agree, you may bring the matter before the consumer arbitration bodies of your place of residence, or before the courts. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
